Celebrate womanhood, celebrate Teej!

Apex International Public School celebrated the vibrant festival of Teej—a symbol of the arrival of the monsoon and the rejuvenation of nature—with great enthusiasm. The event was beautifully hosted by Nehru House under the able guidance of Principal Ms. Shallu Gupta.

A special morning assembly marked the beginning of the celebrations. Ms. Gitanjali addressed the students, highlighting the cultural and seasonal significance of Teej. The school campus came alive as both students and teachers dressed in traditional Punjabi attire, enhancing the festive spirit.

Adding to the celebration, everyone relished traditional delicacies like kheer and malpudas. Students from classes 8 to 10 showcased their talent through traditional songs and dances, embracing the cultural heritage with pride.

Teachers of Nehru House also shared tokens of appreciation by presenting bangles, bindis, and henna cones to all staff members, reflecting love, gratitude, and festive joy.
