APEX INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL ORGANISES ANNUAL SPORTS MEET. Two day Annual Sports meet was organised on 25th and 26th October to encourage children to be physically active and develop stamina and motor skills. Two day Sports meet was organised category wise for classes ( Nur -6) on 25th October and classes (7-12) on 26th October by Gandhi house under the supervision of sports incharge Ms Gurinder and able guidance of Principal Madam Ms Shallu Gupta. On first day Floral welcome and badges were given to Chairman Sardar Ravinder Singh Dosanjh, Principal Shallu Gupta and Vice principal Manu Pushkarna. The sports meet was declared open with permission of Principal Shallu Gupta.

A riveting march past by four houses leaded by their Captains and Vice Captains marked the commencement of event followed by ignition of torch by Principal Shallu Gupta handed over to head boy Taranvir Singh and other members of student council. Sports events were held category wise for different classes.

On first day for classes (nur-prep) events like frog race, teddy race,25 metre race and hurdle race were organised. For classes (1-3) events like sack race, balloon race and hurdle race were organised. For classes (4-6) events like sack race, lemon race and 100m were organised.

On second day for classes 7-12 various events like long jump, 200 m,400m, shot put ,Discus throw , Relay race were organised. Students came were excited and thrilled to participate in sports events.

Winners were given gold, silver and bronze medals.They were excited and happy to receive the medals. In Relay race (girls) - Nehru house got first position, Tagore house got Second position and Gandhi house got third position. In Relay race( boys)- Gandhi house got first position, Patel house got Second position and Tagore house got third position. Best Athlete boys in category( classes 7-9 ) was bagged by Jasraj Singh of 8th class and Best Athlete boys ( classes 10-12) was bagged by Inderpartap Singh of 12th. Best Athlete girls ( classes 7-9) was bagged by Akash deep kaur of 9th class and Best Athlete girls ( classes 10-12) was bagged by Ekampreet kaur of 12th. Chairman Sardar Ravinder Singh and Principal Shallu Gupta appreciated the efforts of all the participants, Sports Incharge and congratulated all the prize winners.
