National Unity Day

Rashtiya Ekta Divas was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic Fervor by Nehru house under the able guidance of Principal Shallu Gupta. Special assembly was organised to commemorate birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabbhai Patel, Iron Man of India. Ms Geetanjali gave speech on National unity day highlighting contributions of Sardar Vallabbhai Patel in unity and integrity of India. Students and teachers tool a pledge to preserve unity, integrity and security of nation.

The day was marked by various activities aimed at promoting National unity. Senior students participated in Rashtiya Ekta divas quiz on my govt. Portal and get certificate of partipation. Buddy group students were shown multi media presentation on Life history and contributions of Sardar Vallabbhai Patel. Inter house folk dance competition was organised showcasing rich cultural heritage and diversity of India.

_Patel house got first position, Tagore house got Second position and Gandhi house got third position. Winners were given medals and trophies as appreciation. School Chairman Sardar Ravinder Singh Dosanjh and Principal Shallu congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of all house incharges .They motivated students to uphold the values of unity and integrity in future .
