1. No student will be allowed to be absent from the School without getting the leaving sanctioned.

2. Leave will be sanctioned only on the prescribed leave application form duly signed by the parent/guardian.

3. Leave application must be submitted before actually proceeding on leave. In case of sickness, the student must apply for the leave along with medical certificate (from the qualified medical practitioner giving the treatment) on reporting in the school.

4. Pupils suffering from any infectious or contagious disease should not be sent to school. They will not be allowed to attend class till they bring their fitness certificate from the qualified medical practitioner giving the treatment.

5. Those students who are absent on the first day of the term will lose their seats unless written application with a sound reason for absence is submitted well-in-time.

6. Students absents on the previous day, without prior leave information, will nit be allowed to attend class without the permission of the class teacher.

7. Names of students, who have been absent for ten consecutive days, will be struck off from the school rolls. Re-admission fee and fine will be charged, subject to the availability of a seat.

8. A student absenting from the class without prior sanction of leave will be fined Rs.10 per day. The fine will be realized along with the next payment of dues.
